Q: Are the prints, digital images, and 360 videos high quality?

-We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality possible. You can rest assured with Denver's Photo Booth that there will be nothing short of high quality. As a wedding videographer, we won’t accept low quality as a standard. 4k quality with the 360 booth. Pictures and videos are captured with a DSLR camera and printed by a high-quality commercial dye sublimation printer. High-quality digital images of the photo strips are also uploaded to the cloud. Digital 4x6 images can be provided upon request.

Q: How many people can fit in the photo booth at once? Or on the 360 platform?

-Our photo booth can accommodate up to 8 people at once. Our 360 booth has a weight limit of 600lbs, and can hold 4 small adults, or 3 average sized adults.

Q: How do I secure my date? How do I book the 360 photo booth?

-The sooner, the better. We are the preferred vendor for two wedding venues in Colorado. However, we have secured bookings within a few days, so be sure to contact us if you are in a pinch. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure a booking. You must pay in full within 10 days of your event's date. -Payment methods: We use a secured payment processing and invoicing platform (Stripe) and accept Debit/Credit Cards, Cash, or PayPal.

Q: What are the space and power requirements needed?

-It depends on what package you book, but 8' x 8’ is minimum. We recommend 12’ x 12’ to comfortably accommodate your guests. Our photo booth requires a minimum of 4 feet by 4 feet of space, but due to the back drop, we will need a wall with a height clearance of 8 feet. Our 360 booth requires 8 feet by 8 feet of space as well due to the rotating arm and the electronics used to capture the footage.

-In regards to power, our photo booths require a 110V, 15 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 25 feet (along a wall) of the setup area.

Q: Can we personalize and customize the print or video to match my theme, colors, logo, and branding?

-Absolutely! We will send you some sample templates to choose from and you tell us what template layout you like and we will design it according to your colors, theme, text, logo, etc.

Q: What does “unlimited” really mean?

-Unlimited sessions means your guests have unlimited access to the photo booths throughout your rental period.

-Unlimited prints means each guest included in a photo session will have a copy printed for them.
Unlimited uploads to email means your guests may send their sessions to their email instantly, as long as the photo booth has a reliable wifi connection.

Q: I’m still figuring out where to hold my event and what time to start, can I reserve a photo booth for my date and update later?

-Sure can. We can lock in a booth for your date and update the information once it becomes available. If we get an inquiry that may conflict with your reservation we will kindly reach out for any updated information.

Q: Can I change the start and end times?

-Maybe. We are very flexible in regard to scheduling, however, there are no refunds within 30 days, and if there are reservations before or after your event already locked in, then it may be difficult to accommodate. The best is to advise as soon as possible so we can best assist.

Q: Is liability insurance included with the rental?

-Yes, we have a $1,000,000 general liability insurance to protect you and your guests in case of any accidents or mishaps. Please refer to our privacy policy, and rental agreement for further details.

Q: How does the 360 Photo Booth work?

1. Stand on the stable 360 platform
2. Let the camera spin around you 1-2 times in a full 360 motion until it stops.
3. Step off the platform and review the final outcome of your 360 video experience.
4. Enter your phone number or email address for instant access to save and share your video on social media.
5. Tag @denversphotobooth in your post so that we can share your 360 videos on our page!

Q: How quickly do my guests and I receive the photo strips or 360 video reel?

-Almost instantly. Guests will share their phone number or email upon exiting the platform to send themselves their video, where it can be easily saved and shared to all social sites. There will also be a cloud link sent to the client (you) that can access all content from your event, and reshared to all attendees.

-Our high-speed photo printers can produce prints in under 15 seconds.

Q: How many people can stand on the 360 video booth stand?

-Up to 3 adults or 4 children (600 lb weight limit) can utilize the platform safely at the same time.

Q: Can we add a custom overlay to the video?

-Yes, we can add customization to the video however you would like. We do put denversphotobooth.com in fine print on the overlay. Song selections for the video’s audio will be hand selected by you, the client. Give us 5 songs you want, with the 15 second clip and we will import it.

Q: Can we customize the Photo Booth's photo strip prints?

-We can do anything you want. Color, Black & White, Vertical, Horizontal. Whatever you want.

Q: What happens if there are technical issues with the photo booth?

-The good thing about Denver's Photo Booth is that the owner is at every event. I have seen all of the technical issues that may arise. We also bring backup equipment to ensure a seamless experience for your guests. If by some chance- a piece of equipment stops working or a software malfunctions, we will assess the situation. If nothing can be done, a full refund will be given.

Q: How long does everything take to setup?

-All of our packages include a general setup time of 1hr, depending on the ease of accessibility within the venue. We will typically arrive 1 hour before the start of your event to set up the photo booth and/or 360 photo booth. Setup usually takes 30-60 minutes depending on the location and event specifications.

Q: Can I have the photo booth or the 360 outside?

-We can provide the photo booth outside. We will need access to a suitable power outlet and a level surface to set up everything. We will also need protection from the rain or heat. If this cannot be accommodated, there will be an additional charge to your original payment of $150.

Q: Do you provide props and backgrounds?

-Yes, we provide a variety of premium props and luxury backgrounds to fit any theme or occasion.

Q: How do I book a photo booth rental?

-You can book a photo booth rental by contacting us directly, or filling out a booking form on the link below. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability for your desired date and time. A $100 deposit is required within 48 hours of submitting.
